Your free Fed Up Cheat Sheet: How to Shut Down a Meeting Hijack
This one’s on us FUCers.
We’ve created the very first Fed Up Cheat Sheet, unfiltered, unapologetic scripts for smashing patriarchal bullshit at work.
You know the drill: you make a point, and suddenly some manterupting bloke cuts you off or rebrands your idea as his. Classic hijack. Inside this Cheat Sheet are five comebacks that shut that crap down.
This is our launch gift to every FUCer, free and paid. Keep it. Use it. Share it with women who need it.
From now on, these Cheat Sheets will be subscriber-only weapons in your Fed Up arsenal. Paid members will get one every month, starting with our next one:
Pay Rise Scripts That Don’t Start With Sorry.

About The Fed Up Club
The Fed Up Club is where feminism tells the patriarchy to fuck off. We’re loud, sweary, and not here to play nice.
Inside the Club you’ll get:
Fierce, funny, feminist conversations on our subscriber only pod that call bullshit where we see it.
Resources that allow you to flip the bird ant fuckwits.
A community that’s had enough of being sidelined and is ready to burn it all down.
We don’t sugarcoat. We don’t behave. We get angry, we get clever, and we get shit done.
If you’re fed up too, welcome the fuck home.

I especially love the credit snatch blocker. I once worked in a place with a particularly weasly guy who flew in from another office and started stealing my work.
I would have found these sheets so helpful then.
One of the worst offenders though was a woman - and I must say the worst experiences I’ve had in workplaces have involved women.
There seems to still be an inherent tendency for many women to be bitchy in corporate environments. It even sometimes seems actively encouraged for them to be underhand.
I’d love a piece on how to deal with that!
Should I ever return to one.
